OUR MISSION
The West Side United Methodist Church is a faith-sharing congregation meeting the ongoing spiritual and physical well being of its members and community through servant ministries, discipleship training and worship
The Mission of the West Side Church is;
(1) To help people to have the assurance of their salvation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the born again experience through the work of the Holy Spirit.
(2) To nurture people through God’s Word and prayer so that they become disciples of Jesus Christ.
(3) To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the end of the earth (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8)
(4) To minister to our second generation so that they can have the inheritance of good faith in Jesus Christ and their own identity.
(5) To prepare people for the second coming of Jesus Christ our Lord through study of Biblical prophesies
Our Vision describes our church’s future. It is where God is calling us to go.
